Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Deepsix Africa pieces. Here's how returns, exchanges, and samples are handled:

• Samples: Sample purchases are generally non-refundable once approved/received, unless the item arrives defective or significantly different from the agreed specification.
• Regular purchases: Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and has its original tags/packaging.
• Defective/wrong item: We offer a replacement, not a refund, with the business covering reasonable return shipping.
• Change of mind: The customer pays return shipping.
• Sample-to-bulk orders: If a sample is produced before a bulk order, we will clearly state whether the sample cost is refundable or credited toward the bulk order.
